ORTEC – First sludge treatment contract signed in the petrochemical industry

Orège, specialist in finding innovative solutions for sludge and commplex waste treatment is installing its first SLG® solution (20m/3h) in the petrochemical industry in France by signing a sales contract with ORTEC group, leader in Industry, Energy, Environment and Aeronautic services.

This SLG ® solution is being deployed in the PACA region with Ortec group to treat biological sludge at the wastewater treatment plant on a specialist chemical site belonging to LyondellBasell.

The SLG® technology has been used as a first step on a draining table – belt filter press combination in order to obtain a slight reduction in transportation costs and final sludge incineration.
Orege has developed a specific unit in order to address the SEVESO difficulties presented by the site.

This first in the petrochemical sector attests to the capacity of the breakthrough SLG® technology developed by Orege to optimize complex sludge treatment.
